The Tutti Bambini CoZee is an award-winning bedside crib that was designed with a secure night's rest in mind. It features a drop side rail that can be easily lowered to feed your baby at night without having to wake your child or get out of bed it's ideal for breastfeeding mothers! It's also light and easy to move around during naps or for travel.
It's made of soft materials and features mesh sides that breathe to increase airflow. It's available in charcoal and oak and has a variety of melange fabric options that blend well with most decor styles. Anna found that it was sturdy and secure once attached to her bed. The legs clicked into place and the zippers were secure for safety. It took her around 10 minutes to assemble and didn't require any tools, with clear instructions and a video as well as a customer support contact number should you have any issues.
In addition to the standard features you'd expect from a crib for your bed that include the ability to connect to your bed using a stay-in-place connection system and six height levels The CoZee also comes with an additional incline option which can be used to ease reflux or congestion in babies. It can also be washed in the machine and is a must for all the spills and snot that accompany a new baby!
The CoZee is a fantastic option if you want to keep your child in the first six months of acquiring the ability to sleep independently. It can be used as a crib, changing station or toddler bed. It can be turned into a sofa bed with the addition of an extension pack. And while it isn't able to feed your baby, or magically put them to sleep it will gently rock them until they go off!
The Chicco Next2Me Magic
This is one of Chicco's most expensive options, however it has a wide array of features. It's designed to function as a side sleeper or standalone crib and is suitable from birth up to six months. It features a brand new mechanism for opening and closing the side panel, and is simple to use, even for one-handed operation. It's also more adjustable than its predecessor, with 11 different height levels and feet that retract to place under any bed.
Our testers loved the easy access the side panel provides, which can be lowered and raised at the touch of one button. This was a huge help in feedings at night as it meant that they could easily reach in and take their baby away without waking them.
The side panel can be removed by itself however it isn't advised as it increases the chance of your child falling out of the cot. But, the patented safety locking mechanism means that it will only remain in place if it is connected to the parent's bed correctly. This is a great feature to have for peace mind, especially in the case of breastfeeding and frequent nighttime feedings.
The Chicco Next2Me Magic is designed to be compatible with any bed, including divan bases and beds with drawers due to the legs that can be telescopic. It comes with a tilting function for reflux babies, and a rocking function to help ease them into sleep after eating. It's also incredibly spacious and offers excellent ventilation thanks to its mesh sides.
The Next2Me Magic was easy to use and set up for our testers, despite the lengthy instruction manual. It is a little heavier than other side-sleepers, however, it is easily moved from one area to another. It's small enough to fit into a travel bag when not in use, which is an advantage in the event that you have to transport it. The only drawback our test subjects found was that the side panel didn't flex as much as some of the other models, which made it a little harder to see your baby from your own bed.
